As we have placed a great deal of time in to the quality and range of our products, we are confident that you will be pleased with your selection(s). If however you are not completely satisfied we will gladly provide an exchange or refund under the following conditions.

Returns policy

• All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed and all tags in place.
• Ensure that items are properly packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
• Items must be returned within 14 days.
• Refunds will be less any freight costs.
• If it is our mistake and not as per your order we will also refund freight costs.
• When returning goods please include a copy of your payment record and delivery docket.
