Shipping

All goods will be dispatched through Australia Post once an order is received and payment made. Items will be sent within 3 working days providing stock is available.

Postage and Handling charges are added after you have finished shopping and will be shown separately.

Postage in Australia is now a flat rate of $10

As we have placed a great deal of time into the quality and range of our products, we are confident that you will be pleased with your selection(s). If, however, you are not completely satisfied we will gladly provide an exchange or refund under the following conditions.

Returns policy

• All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed and all tags in place.
• Ensure that items are properly packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
• Items must be returned within 14 days.
• Refunds will be less any freight costs.
• If it is our mistake and not as per your order we will also refund freight costs.
• When returning goods please include information about or a copy of your order details

Payments and Currency

Payments are in Australian Dollars and converted to your local currency by the credit provider. Amounts in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rates used by the credit provider.

Additional Costs

In Australia there are no additional charges, however overseas customers may be liable for import duty. You should check with your local customs office. Any duty payable is the obligation of the customer and not Petal Back Clothing.

Delivery Times

Within Australia, once dispatched, goods will normally take 3-5 business days depending upon your location. For overseas customers, allow approximately 6-10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination.
